Acceptance

By using Mursten you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not accept the terms, you must stop using the app.

Mursten is provided by Kara Technologies, company reg. no. (CVR) 45298523.

Account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the app.

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You may not use the app for illegal, misleading or harmful purposes.

You are responsible for activity on your account, unless the activity is due to our error.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content

We do not accept objectionable content or abusive users. This includes harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination, sexual content, violence, fraud and sharing other people's personal data — in listings, photos, messages and attachments.

Any content and any user can be reported in the app, and any user can be blocked. Reports are reviewed, and we remove content and close accounts that violate this — normally within 24 hours.

A violation can lead to immediate removal of the content and permanent closure of the account, without notice.

Listings and content

Landlords and advertisers are responsible for ensuring that housing information, images, prices, availability and terms are accurate and lawful.

You may only upload content you have the right to share. You may not upload illegal, infringing, discriminatory, misleading or harmful content.

Letting and the selection of tenants must comply with applicable law, including the prohibition against discrimination. Mursten is solely a technical platform and does not make decisions about letting.

We may remove content, restrict features or close accounts in the event of misuse, security risks or breach of the terms.

Communication and viewings

Chat, viewing times and calendar invitations are tools for coordination between users. Agreements are entered into between the parties, not with Mursten.

Do not share sensitive information before you trust the other party. Report suspicious or harmful behaviour in the app.

Liability

Mursten makes a technical platform available. We do not guarantee that all listings, messages, prices or agreements are error-free, current or available at all times.

We are not a party to rental agreements or payments between users.

Changes

We may change the terms when the app or legal requirements change. Material changes may require renewed acceptance in the app.
